Who we are

Business enablement is the discipline of making change executable.

BEMC was established in 2016 to help organisations solve complex institutional and operational problems through an integrated combination of strategy, technology and engineering.

The business evolved from a conventional management consulting proposition into an implementation-led model covering institutional transformation, programme management, procurement and supply chain, data and digital systems, engineering and infrastructure advisory, enterprise systems, education implementation and workforce development.

BEMC is incorporated in South Africa under registration number 2020/275631/07 and is wholly owned by Gain Africa Investments (Pty) Ltd. The company is headquartered in Fourways, Sandton, and implements work in South Africa and Zimbabwe, with broader African delivery supported through vetted experts and partners where required.
