Why this model

Training is most valuable when it is connected to an operating environment.

BEMC links learning to the infrastructure, tools, workplace, performance expectations and support mechanisms that allow participants to use what they learn.

  • Implementation before attendance: scope, readiness, target outcomes, facilities, technology and stakeholder responsibilities are defined first.
  • Accreditation and quality assurance: appropriately qualified facilitators and accredited delivery arrangements are matched to the programme requirement.
  • Practical application: simulations, projects, workplace exposure and implementation assignments reinforce knowledge.
  • Employer and partner involvement: sponsors, host employers, schools, training partners and suppliers are governed as one delivery ecosystem.
  • Monitoring and sustainability: participation, completion, application, placement and operational outcomes are tracked against the agreed programme design.

Cross-cutting delivery capability

One programme office across infrastructure, learning and outcomes.

Assess and design

Define beneficiaries, demand, curriculum or occupational pathway, readiness, partners, risks and target outcomes.

Mobilise

Secure facilities, equipment, content, accredited partners, facilitators, employers, governance and logistics.

Implement

Manage construction or setup, learning delivery, workplace components, quality, reporting and stakeholder communication.

Sustain

Transfer capability, monitor use and outcomes, address gaps and establish support, maintenance or progression mechanisms.

Accreditation statement

Programme-specific accreditation is confirmed before delivery.

BEMC uses appropriately qualified and accredited facilitators. Where a programme is credit-bearing or occupationally directed, the applicable qualification or skills programme, quality council, accredited skills development provider, assessment arrangements and certification route are confirmed in the written proposal.

This approach protects clients and learners from ambiguous claims and ensures that the delivery model matches the regulatory requirements of the specific programme.

What a proposal will confirm

  • Programme or course title and intended outcome
  • Credit-bearing or non-credit-bearing status
  • Relevant accreditation or professional recognition
  • Facilitator qualifications and experience
  • Assessment, moderation and certification arrangements
  • Delivery mode, duration, pricing and logistics
